Ann is an Organization Development Consultant and Executive Coach with 20 years experience working with leaders and influencers to develop their capacity to lead and support sustainable, meaningful, change. Ann’s real passion and expertise is in creating environments for challenge, experimentation, reflection and learning and then translating this into daily organisational life. Leaders of organizations, which have been stuck in repeating cycles of so-called transformation, come to Ann, when they want to discover a way to genuinely make a shift in their culture and ways of working. She develops novel leadership development and culture change processes, which break the mould. She believes deeply in the power of connected groups in organizations and is a skilled (if somewhat challenging) group facilitator.
