Over a three-year period Talik worked with the owners and senior executives of a Built Environment client to transform the business model, structure and culture whilst simultaneously strengthening senior leadership capability and keeping the heart of what made the business special.
Starting with events that engaged the whole organisation, we led participative development of new vision and values, grounded in 150 years of heritage but with a clear eye to the future. Change leadership skills were brought to over a hundred people managers to bring the values to life in everyday behaviour. Regular coaching ensured alignment of behaviour from the top.
Bringing innovative thinking in strategy, foresight and intergenerational purpose, our team helped update the business model and core value proposition aligned to the vision, before translating them into a congruent operating model that enabled a more efficient cost-base and organisation structure.
Forming and leading a cross-functional team, we provided a human-centred change programme that realised double digit efficiencies whilst maintaining dignity and care with a positive story of renewal and opportunity.
